Cleveland Firefighters Memorial Pipes Drums

Major John Coleman who nodded and waved at president Barack Obama and who was suspended for it says he will not come back to the Cleveland Firefighters Memorial Pipes and Drums band.

Major John Colman says he cannot go back as there are two many ill feelings about it on both sides. He has been playing in the band for 17 years.

For the record, president Barack Obama responded to the wave. Unfortunately, what the Major John did is apparently against the protocole and was thus consequently given the boot from the band. Now, I don’ t know a lot about the Cleveland Firefighters Memorial Pipes and Drums band but they seem to be lead by a nice stick in the mud. I don’t know who actually made the decision to expell the major, if it’s coming from some kind of head of whatever or if it is was a consensus amongst the Cleveland Firefighters Memorial Pipes and Drums band members but jesus people don’t you think that you take yourselves too seriously? So a friendly wave is against the code? Come on, get real. Understandably the Major is pissed off at the whole situation. And Coleman was no less than a spokesperson of sorts to the band, an important figure…17 years of tenure my friends…apparently that don’t mean shit to some in the band who see a wave and nod as punishable offences. Idiots.

So to major John Colman I say: forget about the Cleveland Firefighters Memorial Pipes and Drums band, I am sure leaving that bunch will be a blessing in disguise for you.
