Rajendrasinh Makwana Not The Kind To Go Out Quietly

Former disgruntled Fannie Mae Employee Rajendrasinh Makwana is not the kind to just pack up and leave quietly. After being fired from Fannie Mae for creating a computer script he shouldn’t have, Unix engineer Rajendrasinh Makwana was apparently pissed off…very pissed off. Proving that you can be highly intelligent and still be stupid, Rajendrasinh Makwana proceeded to imbed malicious code on Fanny Mae servers, which if it would have kicked into action like it was supposed to on January 31, would have destroyed data on all Fannie Mae servers. The script was thankfully spotted by chance before it went off. For his little stunt Rajendrasinh Makwana is now facing up to 10 years in prison. Well done genius. The lesson here? Geeks are dangerous, and Rajendrasinh Makwana should probably look for a non computer related gig when he goes out of jail.

  1. Makwana can look forward to up to 10 years of nightly downloads from a cellie named Ramon. I hope he doesn’t catch a virus.

  2. Is this guy even a US citizen? Most computer consultants are not these days. Why was he given this level of access? God only knows what else he screwed up.

  3. Ron he is not he is Indian.

  4. This guy is here on a work visa – they do not want to hire US grad students and would rather hire non-US citizens. so much for national security. I almost wish the code had not been caught. I went to school for computer science and none of my class mates got jobs in the field due to the work visa situation like this….

  5. Idiot leadership keeps hiring Indian psycho’s. This is what they get. When we have much better, articulate, tremendously talented individuals in the US. I suppose they want to spare a buck or two and put the American public at risk. They should re-haul the whole contracting process. These Indians are like a mafia. They are all over HR, Contracting and procurement. Dubai has been inundated, so is the UK and europe. Now it is here in the US. No wonder these jokers get hired and same goes to why their companies are given preferred status in our prestigious firms (thanks to kick backs to the CIO’s, and CFO)

  6. I am glad, it will show the US that instead to hire some kamajackies or indians with fake smiles they should hire they own people. We go to school to get a degree in MIS and get pass on because they work for cheap and send our money back home that is ludicrous and pleas do not tell me about security IT and security clearance that is bull shit…

  7. I see no sign of “jail”. According to his LinkedIn profile, he has since then worked at BANK OF AMERICA and is currently working at Amtrak.

Don’t these companies read the news?

  8. >When we have much better, articulate, tremendously talented individuals in > the US.
